Baby L’s newborn session | Portland Newborn Photographer

I loved photographing baby L’s in-home newborn session!  I mean who doesn’t love snuggling and hanging out with adorable babies?  And it was amazing how much he had grown since I’d seen him last (see his birth story HERE).

He was wide awake for most of his session (with the exception of a little cat nap as he ate), snuggling with mom & dad and taking in everything around him.  His nursery was adorable (almost as adorable as he was) and I loved capturing all the little newborn details.

But what I love capturing even more than the nursery or those tiny newborn toes is the love that radiates during newborn sessions.  I mean how can you not smile when you look into those eyes or when their tiny little fingers grip yours?  I love being able to photograph this time as they develop into a family.  As they explore each other and love fiercely.  No posing necessary, everything just seems to revolve around this tiny human and it’s beautiful.

And after all of that, I still got to sneak in some snuggles with him and hang out with an awesome family.  Thank you for inviting me into your home to capture such a special time!  He is just perfect . . .
