The Tiny Footprints Project | Baby W | Portland, OR

I always feel so thankful when a family invites me in through The Tiny Footprints Project to capture their NICU story.  I love meeting these incredibly strong (and adorable) fighters and hearing about their journeys.

The Tiny Footprints Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. They match affiliated photographers with families of infants living in the NICU to provide one complimentary lifestyle portrait session and one complimentary downloadable gallery with the digital images from the session.  And I am honored to be one of these photographers.

This session was one of my first NICU sessions when I was still new to The Tiny Footprints Project back in 2014.  Baby W was so sweet and adorable and pretty much slept through his entire session. We managed to see those eyes for a brief moment before he drifted off to sleep again. Having his mama in the room was such a comfort to him and you could see how content and happy he was being held by her!  I think a session with him would look a bit different these days as a busy 4 year old!

It is an honor to be an affiliate photographer with this organization.  If you would like to learn more about The Tiny Footprints Project, please visit their WEBSITE or check them out on FACEBOOK.  And if you know any families in the NICU that would be interested in this service, please pass on the information for this wonderful organization!  They have photographers all throughout the U.S. and Canada and just might have someone in that area ready to capture their NICU experience!
